  1. preliminary amounts, based on southward jog i think we see by the models tonight. this is total snow through wed afternoon. buffalo, 12 inches, rochester 16 inches, syracuse 15 inches, albany 10 inches, binghamton 10 inches. i will finalize these later tonight.

  2. Mike, finally we may be getting the real deal and your post seems to be a good one as far as totals go. So far from what I am reading this should be mainly a snow event. Also so far it seems to be mainly west from what I am seeing anyways so hopefully Bingo and Albany keep it mostly snow too.

I’m going with Syracuse winning this round, go figure huh, lmao. Yeh, yeah I know I always pick DaCuse to win ;)p I’m just thinking that we may make out the best come LES. Look for my normal changes though once the storm gets here 😉

  3. snow is a good bet tuesday through wednesday, esp for the northern cities. LES will be a factor in this one, and im feeling pretty confident in rochester being the big winner this time around. barring a southward shift in the track by tomorrow. Rochester could pick up over a foot of snow by wednesday afternoon, and buffalo and syracuse may not be far behind. binghamton and albany are right on the cusp, as of now, a slight southward shift gets them into the moderate and hvy snow while a slight northward jog gives them rain/snow mix with only minor accumulations. we should know by tomorrow.

  4. more snow on tuesday, right now looks like Buffalo, rochester, and da cuse have a better shot at higher accumulations than Bingo or ALbany. but that could change. i was thinking we need to come up with nick names for ALbany and buffalo. we have Bingo, da ‘cuse, and da ‘rock already.
