  1. Dave, someone else just asked me that the other day and I found an old post of mine here which states.

Charles McChesney who is a writer over at Syracuse.com mentions that only twice before …have we had that much snow by this point in the season going by the National Weather Service records. In the 2000-2001 season, 110.6 inches of snow had fallen by Jan. 14. In the 1995-1996 season, there was 105.7 inches according to his article.

  2. We seem to have had a pretty busy year so far with 100 inches coming fairly early here in Syracuse. What's the earliest we ever hit 100 inches I wonder?

  3. It's official 🙂 Syracuse is at 103.5 picking up 5.3 inches so far today. Lower than waht we got in the Fremont area.

  4. That would have been as of yesterday Danielle. The updated stats for the overnight and today should be coming out any time now. At least 6 here also 😉

  5. The Syracuse total as of 1/16 is just 98 inches but I've got 6 inches of snow in my driveway just from today. The total must be behind . . .
