GoldenSnowball.com - A Fun New York Snow Contest
The Golden Snowball Award is a contest between 5 cities in CNY - Upstate New York. The snow contest is based on which city receives the most snowfall for the snow season. The cities that compete are Albany, Buffalo, Binghamton, Rochester and Syracuse. Last seasons Champion was Binghamton

Tina left a comment asking where the snow stats for Rochester are measured.
Tina, sorry but I deleted that by mistake while going through hundreds of spammers comments. Anyways, as far as I know and what NOAA has on their site I believe the Rochester snow stats are taken from The Greater Rochester International Airport.
