  1. Stephen, I agree 🙂

Syracuse to the bone Pam and Mike. I hate the heat ;))

Andrea, Like you I saw a bunch of different cities in this story too. It does sum up IMO how long winter can be sometimes.

Cheryl, I think most of us come the end of January are saying or at least thinking the stuff in that story.

WARNING, if you have no food in your house like me or are hungry, stay away from Cheryl's blog 🙂 Nice site Cheryl!!!

  2. I moved to Syracuse two years ago, my first venture into the northeast. I swear that, with the exception of killing a deer and assaulting the snowplow guy, I have said every single one of those things, almost verbatim. Haha! Someone get me out of here!

  3. Oh those memories of living in Central New York Cousin Patrick. So here in North Kakilacki, we have a few snow flakes and 1 or 2 more cold snaps this month and then the treebuds and tulips will begin to emerge and by mid-March the lawn will be in full bloom. A real Spring and an extended Fall helps get us thru those hot summer months. Still just dreams for you New Yorkers. Say hey to the family for us Patrick.

    Cousins Pam and Mike
